William Reardon is Certified Professional Inspector with training and certifications from International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. William has been trained to report and identified in written format the inspected systems, structures and components of the dwelling. Trained to identify material defects during the inspection process. Your inspection report may contain recommendations regarding the conditions reported and/ or make suggestions for corrections, monitoring or further evaluations by professionals, but this is not required by an inspector, according to the standards of practice.
